Dear Doctor Batko:

I'm very sorry to be late in paying my late Aunt's bill. We lost our home in the San Diego Fire Storm on October 26th. One month later Aunt Lois passed away. The very next day my aunt in San Diego, with whom we were living, went into the hospital for four months.

Between being Aunt Lois' trustee and all that desk work, and my aunt's deskwork hare, and dealing with architects and builders, I was up to my eyeballs in ...

You're probably saying to yourself, "Ye Gods."

Now I find that I have lung cancer. I told the big guy upstairs, "Enough Already."

But today I stuck my hand into the pile of mail and your bill came out. So, enclosed is a very late check.
